Senior Support Line
The cornerstone of the Senior Health Services department is the Senior Support Line, 1-800-CKHS-KEY (1-800-254-7539). With one call, you will be connected to medical and community-based senior-specific programs and services. The Senior Support Line connects callers to both local and national services.
Behavioral Health Services
Behavioral Health Services are available for seniors who live with mental health conditions. This program offers an array of supportive services that address conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders and substance abuse issues, all with a senior-sensitive focus. Skilled clinicians provide education, medication management, psychiatric evaluation and management, psychotherapy and support.
Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM) Program
The Geriatric Evaluation and Management Program is a unique offering for seniors. A skilled clinical team evaluates the patient for medical, emotional and social issues, and works with the patient's primary care physician to construct a comprehensive plan of care.
Healthplex® Wellness Programs
Seniors with a medical condition can exercise in a professionally supervised environment through the Healthplex® Wellness Programs. Exercise programs are available for a variety of conditions--including arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, cancer and more.
Senior Wellness Program
Thousands of seniors all over the Delaware Valley have realized the benefits of membership in Crozer-Keystone's Senior Wellness Program. This free program is a resource for activities, educational and social programs, free health screenings and lectures, support groups and much more.
