What is the advantage/purpose of the RN Portfolio?
- The CKHS RN Portfolio is a tool that will help you build your professional curriculum vitae (CV) and/or resume.
- Identifying areas of individual and corporate growth provides nursing leaders knowledge giving opportunity for recognition of nurses. (The nursing annual report is one example of how the information can be used for recognition.)
- The data, as a whole, becomes a benchmark and helps to set nursing goals for the future.
