Crozer-Keystone Hospitals to Host
Cardiovascular Days Starting in February

SPRINGFIELD, Pa—Crozer-Keystone Health System is dedicated to reducing heart disease, vascular disease and stroke in the communities we serve. That’s why we are proud to offer comprehensive “Cardiovascular Day” health fairs at four of our hospitals. Each of these events will offer free glucose/cholesterol screenings, blood pressure screenings, stroke risk assessments and healthy information and activities provided by a range of Crozer-Keystone departments.

 

 Details of all four events:

 

  • Wednesday, Feb. 10, 8:30 a.m. to noon, at Delaware County Memorial Hospital, 501 N. Lansdowne Ave., Drexel Hill, in Meeting Rooms A&C. The event will include free cholesterol and glucose screenings from 8:30-10 a.m. Snow date: Feb. 22.
  • Wednesday, March 10, 9 a.m. to noon, at Taylor Hospital, 175 E. Chester Pike, Ridley Park, in Classrooms A, B and C. Snow date: March 19
  • Tuesday, April 20, 8 a.m. to noon, at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, One Medical Center Boulevard, Upland, in the Main Lobby.
  • Monday, May 17, 8 a.m. to noon, at Springfield Hospital, 190 W. Sproul Rd., Springfield, in the Main Lobby. 

Please note that the cholesterol/glucose screenings will be held from 8-10 a.m., except where noted. Fasting is required; nothing to eat or drink after midnight the night before the test.
